Dear Church Family,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This Sunday, we will gather for worship during Memorial Day weekend as we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. As people of faith, we give thanks for their sacrifice and pray for God’s peace, comfort, and justice in our world.

We will also gather for a very special celebration honoring the 99th birthday of Ms. Audry, who has been such a beloved and motherly presence in the life of our church for nearly six decades. Please plan to join us for this meaningful occasion as we give thanks for her faithful witness, generous spirit, and many years of devoted service to our church family.

Ms. Audry has kindly requested that, in place of gifts, you simply bring a birthday card. We also extend our sincere thanks to Gwen, Nora, Sallie, and Becky for organizing this special celebration.

Please see the announcements below for additional updates and upcoming events in the life of our church.

Wesley Church will host a Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, June 4, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is a meaningful opportunity to share the gift of life and support those in need within our community.

We will need volunteers to help open the church and prepare for setup beginning at 10:00 am. Thank you for your prayerful consideration of donating blood, volunteering, and supporting this important ministry of care and compassion.
