Weekly Announcement 05/14/2026

Dear Church Family,

I hope you all had a blessed Mother’s Day celebration last Sunday. Once again, I pray that the Lord’s abundant blessings rest upon all the mothers and mother figures in our church family.

It is our joy to announce that on Sunday, May 24, we will gather for a special celebration honoring the 99th birthday of one of our members, who has been a beloved and faithful motherly presence in the life of our church for nearly six decades. Please plan to join us as we celebrate her life, faith, and loving witness among us.

Below are this week’s announcements and information for the upcoming service:

Dale Swartz Trinity Circle – Monday, May 18, 3:30 PM, in the Parlor

The circle will meet on Monday, May 18 (earlier than usual due to Memorial Day). Following the meeting. All women of the church are warmly invited to join both the circle and the dinner fellowship. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

Please see read the weekly essay, “The Birth of a Community” written by Pastor Joe Prewitt-Díaz. We are thankful that Pastor Joe returned home and is resting now.
