A Word from Pastor Michelle
Dear Wesley Church Family,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I hope everyone is staying cool, hydrated, and safe during this period of extreme heat. Please continue to take good care of yourselves and check on one another, especially our older members and those who may be more vulnerable during these hot summer days.
Last Sunday, I had the opportunity to join our Adult Sunday School class and was blessed by a wonderful time of Bible study, thoughtful reflection, meaningful sharing, and warm fellowship. It was truly encouraging to grow together in God's Word and learn from one another's faith experiences.
If you have never joined our Adult Sunday School, I warmly invite you to come each Sunday at 9:00 a.m., one hour before worship. Whether you are new to Bible study or have participated for many years, everyone is welcome. Come and experience meaningful learning, encouragement, and fellowship as we continue growing together in Christ.
Prayer Focus
Please keep Pastor PP, his wife and three sons, Pastor Vinod, and the pastors serving in Northern India in your prayers.
One of the pastors serving alongside Pastor Vinod was recently arrested while responding to a request to pray for a sick person. There are concerns that other pastors may also face false accusations and arrest.
Please pray for:
Pastor PP's safe release
God's protection over pastors and church leaders
Wisdom and favor for the legal team
Strength and peace for their families
Continued faithfulness in proclaiming the Gospel
