Dale Swartz Trinity Circle

Wesley UMC is blessed to have the Dale Swartz Trinity Circle of Wesley Women. The name “Dale Swartz” is in memory of a devoted Wesley UMC who was a spiritual mentor to many and whose live and testimony make her a sermon of the grace and of the love of God.

​

Every woman, member, friend, or neighbor is invited to join the Circle the fourth Monday of every Month at 3:30 PM in the Church Parlor for fellowship, prayer, and Bible Study.  Occasionally the circle will enjoy dinner at local restaurants following the gathering. 

​

The Dale Swartz Trinity Circle serves the community and beyond. The Circle partners every year with Rising Hope UMC in their Thanksgiving Baskets for low income family and in the distribution of Christmas gifts for children.
The Dale Swartz Trinity Circle also bless other missions in the community and beyond. 

Bell Choir

Music is an integral part of our Christian Faith.  During the liturgical year, we experience a variety of music that combines classical selections and contemporary songs with the organ, the piano and the guitar.

We are blessed to have a Bell Choir led by our beloved Wesley Member, Dave Chase. The Bell Choir performs in Holy Week, and in the Advent and Christmas Season. 

We are blessed also to partner with Ghana Wesley UMC whose choir will bring special music for special occasions during the liturgical year.

Prayer Partner Ministry

The Prayer Partner Ministry is designed to connect individuals in intentional one-on-one partnerships focused on prayer, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Each pair commits to regularly praying for and with one another, offering a safe and supportive space to share both burdens and blessings.

​

These partnerships go beyond Sunday mornings, fostering deeper connections, promoting accountability, and strengthening faith through consistent prayer and fellowship. Whether you're a seasoned believer or new in your faith journey, the Prayer Partner Ministry is a meaningful way to grow in relationship with God and with others.

 Monthly Prayer Meeting

The Monthly Prayer Meeting is a dedicated time set aside each month for the church body to come together in unified prayer.  This gathering creates space for focused intercession, worship, and reflection as we seek God's guidance and presence.

​

Each meeting centers around a particular theme, such as healing, community needs, global missions, or spiritual renewal, and incorporates Scripture readings, worship music, and both guided and spontaneous prayer. Leaders may offer brief devotionals or prayer prompts, while participants are encouraged to engage in silent prayer, small group intercession, or corporate prayer depending on the format.

The atmosphere is reverent and welcoming, providing a meaningful rhythm of spiritual connection for the congregation. This time of collective prayer strengthens the unity of the church and keeps us grounded in dependence on God as we lift up the needs of individuals, the church, and the world.

Spiritual Nourishment Room Gathering

The Spiritual Nourishment Room Gathering is a sacred space set aside for rest, renewal, and deeper connection with God. Rooted in the belief that spiritual growth requires intentional time in God’s presence, this gathering offers a quiet, contemplative environment where individuals can pause from the busyness of life and receive spiritual refreshment.

Each gathering is guided by a gentle rhythm of Scripture meditation, prayer, and silent reflection. There may be moments of soft worship music, journaling prompts, or opportunities to engage with prayer stations or spiritual practices such as breath prayer, Scripture soaking, or guided solitude

Leadership Training materials

The Leadership Training Materials are developed to equip and empower lay and ministry leaders to serve faithfully within the life and mission of the United Methodist Church. Rooted in Wesleyan theology and shaped by the values of connection, grace, and servant leadership, these materials support leaders in growing both spiritually and practically as they guide and nurture the church community.
